7. Do you use retinol, BHA or AHA products?
8. Do you take fish oil or vitamin E?
9. Please disclose all medical conditions and prescription medications (including but not limited to anything that thins the blood, interferes with normal healing, accutane or antibiotics) to ensure this is a safe treatment and expect the best results possible.

12. Have you had the COVID vaccine in the last two weeks or do you have one scheduled? There have been some cases of interaction between permanent makeup and the vaccine, we ask that you schedule your appointment at least two weeks prior to or after your vaccine.
